Returns and Exchanges for Disappointment or Change of Mind: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, unused and with the seal intact (if applicable). To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team by phone or email.
How to Proceed with a Return or Exchange for Disappointment or Change of Mind:
- Contact Empiresupport via email at [email protected] to request a return or exchange.
- Send the product back to us, by mail with the shipping paid by you to the return address (You will receive this information by email). The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, unused and with the seal intact (if applicable). Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions by Empire glasss, you may choose to receive either:
- A full refund to the original method of payment.
- A credit to empireglassnj.com for the full value of the returned product, which can be used for immediate or future purchases within 6 months.
- If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the return address indicated by the company and the refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
Empireglessnj reserves the right to refuse to exchange any product whose defect has been caused by misuse or to fulfill requests outside the deadlines mentioned.
Other Occurrences: All of the occurrences described above, as well as any others that may arise, should be reported to us by phone or email at [email protected]. Products returned without prior communication, outside the deadline or with missing items/accessories may be returned without prior consultation.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, the retailer has no legal obligation to exchange products for reasons of consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other hypotheses. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange products only in case of defective products.
In addition to the occurrences mentioned above, if any of the following circumstances occur, the product must be refused upon receipt:
- Opened or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not matching the order;
- Missing accessories.
